Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting joya333 customer support via live chat. A voluntary closure request will be processed within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and the absence of any open disputes or pending wagering obligations.

These Terms, including joya333's rights with respect to intellectual property, fraud prevention, and any accrued liabilities, survive the termination or closure of any player account.
